5th Annual Children’s Bureau Celebrity Chefs & Wine Tasting

For years, Children’s Bureau has dedicated its resources to serving neglected and abused children around the Southern California area. As a non-profit working to better the lives of these children, much of the work that we do could not be possible without help from our compassionate sponsors and supporters.

The Celebrity Chefs & Wine Tasting event, featuring world-class celebrity chefs such as Gino Angelini of Angelini Osteria and Susan Feniger of Border Grill and Mud Hen Tavern, will take place at the historic Casa Vertigo in Downtown Los Angeles. Top chefs, coupled with some of the best 90-point wines in California and around the world, will balance taste with decadence to give all attendees a night they won’t forget. One can also expect to find four extravagant live auction prizes to bid on during the night. Whether it’s an exploratory wine adventure in Australia or tickets to the Masters Golf Tournament, the auction provides items that cater to a wide variety of tastes. Alternatively, the silent auction offers a multitude of getaways to destinations from Napa to Maui that you can bid on throughout the evening.

Experience a Private Tasting with Master Sommelier Fred Dame

For seasoned wine savants, this event offers an opportunity for a limited number of guests to indulge in a private wine tasting with Legendary Master Sommelier, Fred Dame. Dame, one of the first Americans to pass the Masters Exam for the Court of Master Sommeliers, has served as the President of the Court of Master Sommeliers Worldwide. We look forward to having Fred Dame at the Celebrity Chefs & Wine Tasting event on Thursday, Oct. 2!

Benefiting Child Abuse Prevention and The Greater Share

Having generated more than $1 million dollars over its legacy, this event attracts wine and food enthusiasts that share a mutual passion for child abuse prevention and treatment. All proceeds help to fund our various programs which include: school readiness, parenting classes, family resource centers, supports groups, mental health counsel, foster care, and adoption. We are excited about generating support for The Greater Share during this spectacular event!
