As a provider of healthcare services, we are required by law to keep your medical records and health information, also known as “protected health information (PHI),” private and secure. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Rule establishes the federal standards by which we maintain the privacy of your health information, including uses and disclosures of PHI and how to exercise your rights.
