- Click Participant Enroll and follow directions to register your card with Children’s Bureau nonprofit ID number 91049
If you use your telephone at the register, call 1-800-660-9003 to get your REWARDS card number. If you do not have a REWARDS card, they are available at the customer service desk at any Ralphs. You must swipe your REWARDS card for each purchase to count. |
