Children's Bureau has a partnership with the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services, called the Targeted Recruitment Project, that focuses on finding adoptive families for older, hard-to-place children as well as brothers and sisters trying to stay together. Here you will find photos and a brief description of children who need a permanent home. Children's Bureau offers adoptive parents the support, resources and guidance they need to make an informed decision for their family. Adoptive parents are true heroes in the eyes of these children who simply need a loving, nurturing place to permanently call home.
